Property Management Services

Property managers love TWM Roofing! We have a fully staffed office that handles each phase from insurance certs to invoicing. We have dedicated staff to promptly manage work orders, estimates, certificates of insurance, project scheduling and all aspects of management for simple repairs to entire HOA projects. At TWM we love commercial leak repairs! The owner Tom Marshall has been a hands-on roofer since 1978. Additionally, our estimators/project managers all have over 25-years experience. This wealth of experience helps them solve leak problems that baffle others.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

We can develop a cost-effective strategy to maximize the serviceable life of your commercial, industrial or municipal roof. We maintain many commercial roofs that are well past their prime. We now where to spend the repair dollars for the best return on investment.

Insurance

We carry premium workers compensation and $2 million in general liability insurance in addition to our $12,500 Bond. Due to our municipal obligations/ contracts we carry exceptional insurance policies that are reviewed annually by governmental lawyers to meet stringent municipal requirements. Our carriers must have a minimum financial strength rating of 7 to meet these requirements. This quality of insurance does cost more but it provides superior coverage compared to most contractors.
