Estimates and Proposals

Estimates and quotes provided by TWM Roofing are based on the conditions observed or described at the time of inspection and are not binding contracts. Pricing, scope, and scheduling may change if concealed conditions are discovered, if material costs change, or if the scope of work is modified. Work begins only after a written agreement is signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for services, the signed agreement controls.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled by either party, and we ask for reasonable advance notice when possible. Weather, material availability, permitting, and inspection timelines may affect scheduled work dates.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

TWM Roofing LLC sends text message updates and responses to customers regarding estimates, pricing, scheduling, and services offered at https://www.roofingsince1978.com.
